pk6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for cause, pk6 will notify the player via the registered email address. Where the closure is the result of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or Terms breach, pk6 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation.
